These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OAH Accounting ("the App", "the Service", "we", "our"), a personal accounting application developed by Michael Owaboye. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
OAH Accounting is a record-keeping and personal finance tool. It allows registered users to record income and expense entries, track bills and payments, view financial summaries and graphs, and keep their numbers organised — including for the purpose of preparing information to share with their accountant or gestor.
The App does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. It does not file taxes, calculate the amounts you owe to any tax authority (such as IRPF or IVA in Spain), and does not generate legally-valid invoices on your behalf. Any totals, summaries, or exports it produces are a record of the data you entered and are not an official tax calculation or filing. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your own legal and fiscal obligations, and you should consult a qualified professional (e.g. a gestor or asesoría) for advice specific to your situation.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to register.

The financial records and personal data you enter remain yours. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may delete your account and associated data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we may update these Terms — material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OAH Accounting and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial outcome arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, or from reliance on any figure, summary, or export it produces. Because the App is a record-keeping tool and not a source of professional advice, you are responsible for verifying your own records and tax obligations. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
